Blue Book: J3
| Description: This issue was based on enlarging the original
"Shield" Blue Book X1 issue. The patch was only used within our Vigils.
Some were placed on jackets while a few were placed on the Vigil Blanket
below the Vigil Triangle patch Blue Book J1. In both cases, this was
done by the individual lodge member. The profit from the sale of the patch
was used toward building an inventory of blankets and patches for the Vigil
Blanket concept. Occasionally, a Vigil would give their second patch as
a gift to a friend who was just inducted into the Vigil. |
