| Description: This patch appears to be
the result from a reworked manufacturing reject. The patch looks like our
Blue Book S20 except it has a Black border. The stitch pattern is rough
and appears to be of inferior quality. Two examples have been seen in private
collections originating outside our area. At this time we believe it probably
was a rejected example sold with other rejects by the manufacturer. The
purchaser (or manufacturer) at some point put a Black border on a couple of
