Description: This was our general
issue for the 2001 National Jamboree. It was one of two JSP that we used. The
Brown border version was produced in a much higher quantity and was available
for anyone to purchase through our council office.
Because of the
declining financial condition of our council, it had been decided a few weeks
prior to the Jamboree, that we would merge. A specific merger partner was still
undecided at the time of the Jamboree, but what was clear was that this JSP
issue would be our final council shoulder insignia for a National Scout
Jamboree.
