Description: This design was first issued in January
2000, to commemorate the new millennium. It (and the SA-11b variant) were
the last general use CSP issued by the council, taking the place of the S-9. A
rejected design prototype was later produced and released by unauthorized
persons outside our council, which looks like this CSP except with a Blue
border. This unauthorized design was based on the SA-11 and was identified in
the 2002 edition of the CSP reference publication as the SA-14. |
Characteristics: Red rolled edge; Light Blue background; Gold Scout symbol; Black letters; Council Name 115mm; 52x128mm. 1000 may have been produced. |
