Description: This variant of our
first CSP is nearly identical to the T-1a. It has a Yellow fdl as
opposed to the golden color of the T-1a and T-1b. The variant was
not orginally noticed in our council. It was first noticed around 2001
in patches produced by the BSA National Supply Division and typically
sold through other councils. All have a plastic backing for example.
