2007 Cedar Valley Homecoming - Camper Patch

| Description: This marked the fifth year our our annual
reunion / homecoming. Approximately 150 attended the weekend on a perfect
weekend. Chaired by Kevin Dunham for the second year, we had a number of
activities including both rifle and shotgun shooting, archery returned to the
original range near the chapel, fishing, canoeing, frisbee golf, an
orienteering course and "The Great Race" for scouts. For the first time, we
hosted a "silent auction" of items related to Eastern Arkansas Area Council and
Quapaw Council. The money raised will be used to endow Scout camperships to
Quapaw for deserving youth. Saturday evening was marked by probably the best
Homecoming campfire program yet. |
