Extra event patches and t-shirts MUST be
pre-ordered by August 10, 2018. Due to manufacturing leadtime, we cannot take
orders for merchandise after that date but you can still register for the
event. We do not intend to have a large inventory of extra patches or t-shirts,
so if you want these items - please, pre-order them! -->
Wanna know who's coming this year?
ONLINE Registration is open for Cedar Valley Homecoming #16! You
can order extra patches or a Homecoming T-shirt (we're going with cotton shirts
this year). We'll post the t-shirt design once it is finalized. The patch
prototype art will be posted as soon as we get it. The only certain way to get
a t-shirt is if you pre-register by the August 10th early registration
Building sleeping space is very limited. Most space is reserved
for the cooks and other staff. The rest is reserved for our older members and
those with health issues who just cannot camp any more. All building space is
assigned so you MUST register for it. No walk-ins without first checking in at
Headquarters please! If you can camp, or bring a camper please plan to do so.
There are six camper pads in the Family Camp area. If you have a desire for a
specific camping area, please let us know when you register. Sites are assigned
by preference first-come-first-served basis (Early Registration
Stop into the dining hall as you arrive and enjoy a light
supper, fun and music! Saturday, the camp will be open for your enjoyment.
We'll cap the day off with a traditional Cedar Valley Campfire.
The Online registration link is on our main page. If you need to
use the hardcopy registration for, send it in by August 10, 2018. This allows
us to better plan. After August 10, 2018, the cost has to go up to cover
additional costs. Once again, we also have set a special rate for Boy Scouts
with their unit, and leaders (please register).
