| The name Shady Grove Lodge says it all. This lodge is located at the end of a private cul-d-sac drive, in a large pine grove. The lodge provides a suitable location for a large group gathering to share with additional sleeping quarters, bath rooms and large gathering room for visiting and entertainment. Shady Grove Lodges sits a short distance from the camp main parking area and across the woods from the property owner's own home. This is the most secluded of the four lodges, well away from central traffic areas. Shady Grove Lodge was originally built as the camp "Health Lodge"; a role it fulfilled for many years. Completely renovated, several spaces were enlarged and reconfigured by removing walls, building a completely new kitchen area, adding an additional full bath and upgrading the insulation. A modern central air / heat system was also added. | |
