Description: At this fellowship, Stephen White and Brad
Gallop first introduced a Spirit of the Arrow candle. The idea was to
have a large red candle lit at the beginning of the fellowship and kept lit,
symbolically like our bonds of brotherhood, throughout the fellowship. The name
was derived from a National OA publication at that time. The use of the
red candle became an symbolic tie and was used at all our fellowships, business meetings and
induction ceremonies until the lodge merged at the end of 2002. Designed by Brad
Gallop. |
Date of Fellowship: November 2-3, 1974. Location Held: Tri-County Baptist Camp, Wynne, Arkansas. Quantity Issued: 250. Characteristics: Fully embroidered White background; Green rolled edge; Integrated pocket loop; 76x97mm. |
