2002 Fall Fellowship

2002 Fall Fellowship Patch
"Weld Tightly Every Link"

Description:   For Hi' Lo Ha Chy' A-La's final Fall Fellowship, Lodge Chief David Butler wanted to repeat the theme of the FIRST Lodge 413 Fellowship. "Weld Tightly Every Link". Working with Lodge Adviser, Mike Garner, David came up with a bold black and gold design with the large lodge numbers and the silver mylar thread used in the chain. David's use of the MGM Indian in his design reflected his wish for things to be the way they were.

74 Arrowmen attended a slightly damp but fun weekend. Several "old-timers" dropped by giving us a bit of a reunion with friends not seen in some cases for 25-30 years! We had a great afternoon Powwow with some great dancing dominated by Delta Chapter's dancers. In lodge jeopardy Shawnee Chapter took the title after an early stiff challenge from the scratch "White Brothers - Vigil Team" consisting of Murl White & Stephen White (you just had to be there to explain this one!)

Saturday evening was highlighted by our first lodge feature length film of the "Adventures of Vigilman". With the usually supurb acting of our all-star lodge film crew we were captiviated throughout. Lodge Advisor Mike Garner made a cameo appearance that drew a standing ovation (sorry but we have to omit the reasons here due to copyright limitations and contractual agreements with Mr. Garner's agent :-)
