Description: This flap was the result of a reorder
at some point after 1995. Very minor differences in shades of Green were
introduced during manufacture, and the Thunderbird characteristics changed
slightly. Unless it is compared to the other variants, it is easy to not recognize
this issue. Sufficent numbers of this variant were identified in the lodge inventory, to convince us that it was from the reorder rather than a partial loom error. It is not clear if it actually was manufactured before or after the Blue Book S24c. For a side-by-side comparison of all three varients click Comparison of S24a/b/c. |
Period of Issue: 1996 to 2000.
Restrictions: None. Quantity Issued: 400. Characteristics: Black border; Yellow fdl; Thunderbirds wings are straight across consisting of stitched bands; Tail of thunderbird has three distinct points; Trees are Dark Green (noticably if compared to S24a); 60x112mm. |
