| Description: This was our second flap issued specifically
to NOAC participants. The general design was modified to enlarge the lodge
totem, and insert a large text "NOAC 1996". The intention was that the flap
would initially be available only to NOAC participants. Thereafter, the
remaining inventory was made available to any lodge member for
purchase. A number of these were traded at NOAC. Still, several were available through the council office into the early fall of 1996 allowing several members to acquire a few. |
