| Description: Major transitions marked the 1983 camp season following the retirement of Jack Roy after thirty-three years as director. Formally, our council executive, Ken Ackeret was camp director, with former lodge chief Price Marshal as program director. This insignia represented our transition away from the traditional 'shield' pattern. |
