1996 PTR-Camp Cedar Valley Early Registration Patch
| Description: Camp attendance had been weak in our
council for a number of summers so we again set about trying to promote
camp more effectively. Part of that program was to again provide a special
insignia for scouts who registered before an early registration deadline,
in the hope that seeing the insignia would be a visible reminder to other
scouts.
Volunteer camp director Murl White, designed the insignia to be used for camp that summer. The design shown here which is marked "Camper" was intended to be given one per person to those scouts who met the early registration deadline. |
